By Cheque / Postal Order: Complete the Postal Order Form on the Ordering
page. You can then post your cheque or postal order made payable to Crystal Bridal
Accessories. All orders will be despatched as soon your cheque payment has cleared.

Do you deliver to the
Republic of Ireland

Yes! We deliver all our
bridal jewellery, tiaras, gifts, accessories and wedding shoes worldwide. If you
are purchasing a gift for someone in these areas, simply enter your own address
as ‘Billing Address’ and where you want the item to be sent in ‘Delivery Address’.
Delivery charges will appear once you have entered your order details.

When will my
order be delivered?
|

Crystal Bridal Accessories
will deliver within the
UK
and
Ireland
within 2-7 working days.
We use First Class Recorded or Special Delivery service for all jewellery and wedding shoe orders. All parcels are adequately
insured and require a signature upon arrival.
If we are made aware of any pending Royal Mail strike action, we will always despatch items by Special Delivery to ensure that they are delivered quickly as soon as the strike has ended.
International orders
are sent by International Signed For Delivery (5-7 working days) or Airsure (3-5
working days)can be arranged if you need the item urgently. The international delivery
charges include insurance and will require a signature upon arrival. but will
take longer to deliver.

I need my item
urgently – what can I do?

If you need your item
urgently for a forthcoming dress fitting, wedding or special occasion, please call us on 0114 2694729
when you have placed your online order. If your requested item is in stock, we can
deliver to you within 1-2 working days.
We can also arrange a
guaranteed Saturday delivery or delivery before 9am for an additional charge.

If you have had an e-mail
to say your item has been despatched but you haven’t received it, you can call us on 0114 2694729.
We will be happy to track your item for you or can provide you with details of your
parcel tracking number for you to check online at

Will my bridal jewellery
/ wedding shoes be insured if they get lost in the post? |

Yes! All our orders are
sent by Recorded or Special Delivery which needs your signature when it arrives.
Every item has a unique tracking number and is adequately insured if it is lost
or damaged in the post. |

comes in quality, luxury black or white leatherette boxes or stylish cardboard gift
boxes which are ideal for wedding, birthday, anniversary or Christmas gifts.
Our wedding shoes and
handbags are packaged securely and most ranges come with a luxury, protective shoe
bag.

How do I know whether
the wedding shoes I choose will be comfortable and fit me properly? |

Can I return
my wedding shoes if they don’t fit?
|

|
Yes! If your shoes are
not suitable, please notify us by phone or email within 7 working days of receiving
them. We will need you to complete a Returns Form and you can then either request
a refund or exchange.

Please note: Discontinued shoe styles, dyed shoes or handbags, bespoke shoe or jewellery orders
or pierced earrings and necklace sets including pierced earrings are non-returnable.

We offer a shoe dyeing
service for our entire range of wedding shoes
and handbags (if stated dyeable) so
you can co-ordinate them with your wedding dress, bridesmaid outfits or for evening
wear, balls, proms and other special occasions.
