How can I place an order? Online: Browse our products online and pay using any major credit or debit card or using a Paypal account. You don’t need to have a Paypal account to place an order and all payments are processed securely via Worldpay. Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Europe and Overseas countries? Yes! We deliver all our bridal jewellery, tiaras, gifts, accessories and wedding shoes worldwide.

When will my order be delivered? Crystal Bridal Accessories will deliver your order within the UK and Northern Ireland within 2 – 7 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the item purchased and are as follows if an item is in stock and immediately available:

Your parcel will not usually require a signature (unless it is an order for an item over £100 or multiple items). You can nominate a 'SAFE PLACE' for the parcel to be left (e.g. with a neighbour) if you may not be available to accept the parcel.
If you are ordering from other parts of Ireland or Europe, your order will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed for Delivery. This service takes 3 – 5 working days. All international orders will be delivered within 5-10 working days. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

I need my item urgently – what can I do? If you need your item urgently for a forthcoming wedding or special occasion, please select the 'Express Delivery' option when you add your item to basket. We will contact you if your item is out of stock or if we are experiencing a peak period and are unable to deliver your item urgently.
All express deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery which arrives before 1pm or via a specialist courier service which can arrive any time up to 5:30pm. All urgent deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what can I do?
If you have received an email to say your item has been despatched, you can check the estimated delivery date online.
Simply login to your account on our website and click on 'completed orders'. This section will detail an estimated delivery date for your order. It will also provide a tracking number which you can use to track your order online at www.royalmail.com
If the estimated delivery date has passed and you have not received your order, please check if Royal Mail have posted a 'Sorry, you were out' card with instructions to re-arrange delivery or check with neighbours or in your nominated 'SAFE PLACE' to see if your item has been left. If no calling card has been left, you can contact Royal Mail with your parcel tracking number to locate your item or provide you with further information.
If your international order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please be aware that some customs clearance in certain countries can take longer than expected. This may delay the delivery of your parcel by a few working days. All international orders are subject to delivery times by local postal offices.
Will my bridal jewellery / wedding shoes be insured if they get lost in the post? Yes! All our orders are sent by secure signed for postal services with adequate insurance cover. Every item has a unique tracking number and is adequately insured if it is lost or damaged in the post.
Do you offer a gift packaging service?
All our products are presented in appropriate and secure packaging including gift packaging where detailed in the item description.
All our crystal jewellery comes in quality, luxury black or white leatherette boxes or stylish cardboard gift boxes with a satin ribbon which are ideal for wedding, birthday, anniversary or Christmas gifts. The packaging will vary depending on different brands and collection of jewellery.
Our wedding shoes and handbags are packaged securely in designer shoe boxes and some ranges include a luxury, protective shoe bag.
I want to buy a wedding gift for someone – how do I place my order?
If you are ordering a gift for someone else, please ensure you enter your own name and address in billing details and the recipients name and address in delivery details.
All our invoices are enclosed with your order as proof of purchase. If you would like to request that the invoice be sent directly to you and NOT enclosed with the order, please type this in the comments box when you place your order or email us after you have placed your order to let us know.
How do I know whether the wedding shoes I choose will be comfortable and fit me properly?
We have experience of selling shoes and about the shoe sizes and fittings of the brands we sell on our website. Please read our Shoe Buying Guide which also has a Shoe Fitting Guide section.

Can I exchange or return my order if it is not suitable?
Yes! If your jewellery or shoes are not suitable, please notify us by phone or email within 7 working days of receiving them. You will need to notify us of your return online before you return the item.

Please note: Shoes which have been dyed or bleached and pierced earrings or jewellery sets which include pierced earrings are non-refundable. Bespoke orders or jewellery made to order is also non-refundable.
Help! I need my shoes to match my outfit.
If you require an exact match to your ivory or white wedding dress, you can request a swatch from us for our various shoe brands to check if it will match your dress. Please email us to request a swatch.
If you need your shoes or handbag dyed or bleached, we offer a quality dyeing service so you can co-ordinate them with your wedding dress, bridesmaid outfits or for evening wear, balls, proms and other special occasions.

Can I have my shoes dyed white?
If you require pure white shoes, selected styles in our main ranges - Pink Paradox, Belle or Benjamin Adams - are available in white silk or satin.
If you have chosen shoes on our website which are only available in Ivory, you can have them bleached or made in white. Any style in the Pink Paradox range can be bleached to a soft-white shade for an additional charge. Some styles in the Belle or Benjamin Adams range can be made especially in pure white silk for a bespoke order charge of £45 which would take 4-6 weeks to process. Bespoke orders in white silk can be ordered online via our website.

Can I order bridal jewellery in a different colour?
The majority of jewellery and tiara items on our website are available in a clear crystal or crystal AB option only. However, most of the products in our ‘Glamour’ range, 'Simplicity' range and some of the cufflinks in our ‘Gift Jewellery’ range are available in a choice of colours and finish.
