You will be issued with a WorldPay receipt via e-mail with a unique transaction ID. This is your proof of purchase - please keep a copy of your Worldpay receipt and note your transaction ID number for future payment queries. You will also receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and a unique order reference number for future queries.
Please Note: If your payment has been refused by our online processing system, you can contact your card issuer or account handler to authorise the payment. Common reasons for payments being refused include over acticity due to multiple purcahses or recent high value payments on your credit or debit card.
International Orders International customers can select a different currency when placing an order. Please click on the flag relevant to your country in the top right-hand corner of the website under the shopping cart icon. You can select the European flag to pay in Euros or the American flag to pay in USD. Please Note: We are unable to accept orders using Paypal in any currency other than GBP (Great British Pounds).
When you have followed the above steps to place your order, you will be requested to select your country from the Worldpay pages to pay using Euros or USD.
