How to Order Online?

Worldpay processes payments via a secure website server and you will

account to pay for the order. Crystal Bridal Accessories will not be held liable

Crystal Bridal Accessories aims to deliver your purchase within 2-7
working days. If you place your order before
11am, your order will be processed more quickly. If you require your order urgently
for
a forthcoming wedding or special occasion, please contact us and we can arrange
for items in stock to be sent immediately or for a guaranteed Saturday delivery.
All jewellery and shoe orders
are sent by First Class Recorded or Special Delivery
for insurance purposes and will need to be signed for upon receipt
so please ensure that someone will be available to receive your order.
If an item is out of stock or we are experiencing
a peak period, you will be notified within 24 hours of us receiving your order.
In this case, delivery may take longer but we will keep you informed at every stage about your order. All orders are subject to availability.
Please note that shoe and handbag dyeing orders will take
longer to process and incur dyeing service charges. Please refer to our

International Orders
Please allow 3-5 working days for
European and Irish Republic orders and 5-10 working days for International orders.
All overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For
Delivery to ensure safe transit. All orders will need to be
signed for upon receipt so please ensure that someone will be available to receive
your order.
If an item is out of stock or we are experiencing

Returns and Exchanges
Crystal Bridal Accessories agrees to refund
or exchange your product
if you are not completely satisfied.

Please notify us within 7 working
days of receiving the product that you wish to obtain a refund or exchange the item.
We require all goods to be returned to us within a further
3 business days (a total of 10 working days from delivery to you).

Please ensure that
the item is unused and returned in its original packaging including all enclosed
parts. If
shoes have evidence of being worn or have
scuffed/pitted soles due to not trying on a carpeted surface these are not deemed suitable
for refund or exchange

Please ensure that any returned goods
are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or equivalent overseas
signed for insured postage service. This will ensure that you are compensated should
your goods be lost or damaged in transit.
We regret we are unable to refund postage and packaging for on refunds or exchanges unless the items are faulty and / or being
replaced. However, we will not charge additional postage for sending replacement goods.

Please note that discontinued shoes and handbags, dyed items and bespoke shoe orders made to your specific requirements
are non-returnable.
We do not accept returns for pierced earrings or necklace sets including pierced
earrings for hygiene reasons.
