Crystal Bridal Accessories uses secure website servers to process your order and payment. Your personal details are not stored on our database for any other purpose apart from processing and despatching your order. Your details will not be forwarded to any third parties or companies without your prior consent. If you have provided a telephone number, your number will not be used for telesales calls.

Crystal Bridal Accessories uses Rapid SSL Security Certificate which secures and protects all your personal data which you enter when your register your details on our website. Look out for the https in the browser bar whenever you are directed to a secure page online.

All credit card, debit card and Paypal payments are processed via Worldpay. Worldpay is a secure service that allows a customer to transfer funds securely across the internet. Worldpay is an immediate and convenient way to pay for your order and is very secure.

We can accept payments in EUROS and US Dollars as well as GBP if you are using Vias or Mastercard to make your payment. For all other payment methods including Paypal, we can on ly accept payment in GBP (Great British Pounds).

We also have secure facilities for Visa Verified and Mastercard Securecode. If you have signed up for these facilities, you will be asked to enter an additional password or code for added security. Your credit / debit card information is not – at any point - submitted to Crystal Bridal Accessories.

WorldPay will issue you with a receipt via email to your email account and a unique transaction ID. This email is in addition to the order confirmation you will receive from Crystal Bridal Accessories. This is your proof of payment - please keep a copy of your Worldpay receipt and note your transaction ID number for future payment queries.

If you do not receive your payment receipt as a result of entering an incorrect or invalid email address, please contact us  and we will arrange for a copy of your card receipt to be forwarded to you.
