Bespoke Items

Crystal Bridal Accessories offers a bespoke service on selected jewellery items in the following collections:

Simplicity Collection
Glamour Collection
Italian Luxe Collection
Gift Jewellery

There is a small additional charge for this service and the average timescale is 2-3 weeks. Our bespoke service allows brides to have a piece of jewellery made in their own choice of swarovski stone colour and a choice of silver, gold or antique silver and gold colour finishes.

If you would like to request any of our accessories including gloves or veils in a different colour, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your requirements.

Crystal Bridal Accessories policy allows you to return jewellery or accessories for exchange or refund within 14 working days. You will need to submit a returns / exchange request online via ‘My Account’ within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Returns postage is at your own cost but any exchange item within the UK will be sent free of charge. European and overseas exchange items will incur a charge of 50% of the original postage fee.

Our returns policy specifies that all jewellery and accessories must be returned unused and in their original gift box. We regret we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings, any sets including pierced earrings pr any bespoke items made in a specific colour or finish. 

If your order qualified for a free gift, then the free gift must also be returned with the returned item.
