Shoe Dyeing and Bleaching

Our range of satin and silk wedding shoes are dyeable (unless otherwise stated) or can be bleached to a soft white. We can dye your shoes to match any fabric swatch so that you can create a unique pair of shoes, co-ordinate your wedding theme or dye your shoes black after the wedding day to be worn again.

‘Buy and Dye’ service - allows you to order a pair of shoes for dyeing and have them sent to you with dyeing completed – prices start from £20

‘Try before you Dye’ service - allows you to try the shoes for size before you have them dyed – prices start from £27.50

Returns

Crystal Bridal Accessories policy allows you to return shoes for exchange or refund within 14 working days. You will need to submit a returns / exchange request online via ‘My Account’ within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Returns postage is at your own cost but any exchange item within the UK will be sent free of charge. European and overseas exchange items will incur a charge of 50% of the original postage fee.

Our returns policy specifies that all shoes for return or exchange must be returned completely unmarked including the soles, fabric and box. We regret we cannot accept returns for marked or damaged shoes, dyed shoes, bleached shoes or shoes ordered in white as a bespoke order.

If your order qualified for a free gift, then the free gift must also be returned with the returned item.
