This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Unless otherwise specified, all information or materials appearing on this site, including the Crystal Bridal Accessories logo, text, site design, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Crystal Bridal Accessories. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without Crystal Bridal Accessories prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorised use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil action.

Acceptance of Orders
Crystal Bridal Accessories reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer or to require verification of information prior to the acceptance of any order. In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Crystal Bridal Accessories shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Crystal Bridal Accessories shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card charged. If payment has already been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled Crystal Bridal Accessories shall immediately credit the amount of the incorrect price.

Availability
All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Despatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure. Crystal Bridal Accessories are absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you.

Cancellation Right
Distance selling regulations state that you are legally entitled to be able to cancel your order with us within 7 days receiving the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation (refund) outside this time frame.

Variation of content
Crystal Bridal Accessories shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any of the content supplied in connection with the Service or which appears on any page of the Crystal Bridal Accessories website.

Product Descriptions
Description of goods are those commonly used in the trade and unless otherwise stated refer to imitation products only. All our jewellery is normally non-reactive.

Product Returns
We only accept returns if goods are unused, in their original gift box / shoe box and are returned with all enclosed parts. If shoes have evidence of being worn without foot socks or scuffed/pitted soles due to not trying on a carpeted surface these are not deemed suitable for return or exchange. Any items which appear to have been used, worn or are not returned in their original packaging and presentation box including any contents of packaging will not be deemed suitable for return or exchange.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, Crystal Bridal Accessories must be notified of your decision to do this within 7 working days of receipt of your item. Crystal Bridal Accessories reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges on any item if we are not notified within 7 working days. All items should be returned by Special or Recorded delivery with appropriate insurance cover and tracking – Crystal Bridal Accessories does not accept liability for items lost in transit.

Any returns or exchanges accepted by Crystal Bridal Accessories will be credited to your account via Paypal or a cheque payment if this was your chosen payment method. The credit or difference in amount for an exchanged product will be credited / debited accordingly not including any postage costs. We regret we are unable to refund postage costs for returns and exchanges unless the items are deemed faulty.

We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.

Product Delivery
If the customer provides us with an incorrect or incomplete address, or postcode then Royal Mail will probably not be able to deliver the parcel. If this occurs the parcel is usually returned to the sender i.e. Crystal Bridal Accessories.

If we were provided an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be up to the customer to pay another postal charge to enable us to re-send the delivery. We will only resend the delivery once the original parcel has been returned to us undamaged.

If at this point the customer decides to not carry on with the order, they will be refunded the cost of the items but NOT the postage costs, that is once the original parcel has been returned to us undamaged.

Crystal Bridal Accessories cannot be held liable for any delivery delays resulting from Royal Mail industrial action, i.e. a strike. However, we do endeavour to send items by Special Delivery if a Royal Mail strike is pending to ensure they will get priority once the strike is over.

Free Gifts

If you qualify for a free gift, please note that the free gift must be returned if every item in your order is returned. Your refund will not be processed until the free gift has been returned.

Payment Methods
Crystal Bridal Accessories does not accept responsibility for credit payments made via Paypal. If you have any queries regarding your Paypal payment please contact Paypal on the following link Paypal Help Centre. If you pay via Paypal with an e-cheque, this will take 7-9 working days to clear and your order will not be processed until payment has cleared.

If payment has been made via postal cheque, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds to clear the cheque payment. Crystal Bridal Accessories will not be held liable for bounced cheques or any bank charges incurred from the issue of a cheque.

Termination
Crystal Bridal Accessories may at any time terminate or suspend any part of the Service without notice to you.

International Orders

European and International orders are subject to higher postage and packaging costs and longer delivery times compared to UK deliveries. Returns, exchanges and refunds will also take longer to process and we will allow for extra time for customers to return an item from overseas. However, items being returned must be sent by a tracked postal service, for example, Airsure, with appropriate insurance cover as we will not be held liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Customers receiving goods outside the European Union are responsible for any local taxes and / or duties incurred. Any customers rejecting parcels for this reason will receive a refund net of any cost incurred by us in recovering the goods. Overseas customers will also be responsible for any currency conversion fees incurred.

European and International orders are subject to all other terms and conditions detailed on this page.

UK Law

Please note that use of this site is and its Terms and Conditions are governed by UK Law. We have taken every care to explain all terms governing ordering, payment, delivery, refunds/exchanges, ways to contact us, your right to cancel your order, and our privacy policies in accordance with current DTI e-commerce, distance-selling regulations and the Data Protection Act. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in order to keep in line with any government changes made to these regulations in the future.
